We undertook this project with architect Liam Mc Loughlin. Colours were selected to emphasise the height of the ceiling and to take away a horizontal divide with a panelled area. The subdued cool wall colours allow the stunning stained glass windows of Harry Clarke to shine!
Bespoke designs were added to previously blocked in windows. Simple colour vertical panels were added to highlight newly discovered Harry Clarke tiled stations of the cross. A new lighting scheme draws attention to the capitals and ribbed design of the roof. An amazing project to be involved in for all the team. To work beside the work of Harry Clarke was a dream come true!
